Gluten free waffles

gluten free waffles

Currently my favorite recipe on the blog. Gluten free waffles are always a good idea, aren’t they? I usually prep the dough for a few days so I just need to fill it up with a bit of milk every morning. 

You need:

150g butter

25g coconut blossom sugar

4 eggs

300g flour

a bit of salt

2 tsp baking soda

about 300ml milk

That’s how it works:

  1. Melt the butter and mix it with sugar and eggs.
  2. Mix the flour with salt and baking soda and add it to the butter. I always sieve the flour and stir the dough with a whisk. That’s how the dough becomes the fluffiest.
  3. Then add milk until the dough is viscous.
