What you need:
potatoes (2 – 3 large potatoes per person)
fresh or dried rosemary
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
coarse sea salt
paprika powder and cayenne pepper to taste
Here’s the deal:
- Cut the potatoes into slices, season and refine with olive oil and rosemary.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until browned.
